Roasted after you order

We don't roast until you order. Once we receive an order we start our process. Taking each coffee and roasting it on demand in small-batch roasters. Our head roaster starts his day by building a roasting schedule and roasts each producer-focused coffee to a specific profile that puts on display the hard work they put in. We avoid roast levels and roasting artifacts in our profiles, to let the flavors of the coffee shine.

Coffee is at its best in the first few weeks after roasting. The roast date is printed on every bag.

Our production schedule

  • Orders placed Monday through Thursday roast and ship within one business day.
  • Weekend orders and orders placed after Friday's roast go out Monday.
  • Every order ships from our roastery in Chandler, Arizona.
