More information about our Latin American Coffee Beans collection.

Latin America produces the majority of the world's specialty coffee, and for good reason. The combination of altitude, climate, and volcanic soil across the continent creates conditions that are almost purpose-built for growing great coffee. From Colombia's Huila department to Guatemala's Huehuetenango to Ecuador's emerging specialty regions, every country brings something different to the table.

Colombian coffees tend toward balance and versatility. Guatemalan lots bring chocolate and bright citrus. Costa Rican producers push the craft forward with innovative processing. Ecuadorian coffee is a rising star. Mexican shade-grown lots deliver smooth, approachable cups. The range here is wide, and that's the point.

This collection brings together all of our Latin American origins in one place. If you want to explore how terroir, variety, and processing shape flavor across different countries, start here and taste your way through the continent.

Our current Latin American offerings span producers across Colombia (the Trujillos, Arnulfo Leguizamo, Natalia Lezama Ramirez), Guatemala (the Villatoro family, the Suchini family), Costa Rica (Ivan Solis, Minor Jimenez), Panama (Eugene Altieri), Ecuador (July Jumbo), and Mexico (Chiapas producers).
