We've sampled all of our coffees using various brewing methods and have selected two particular coffees that we believe bring out amazing flavors when using the cold brew method. La Guatusa • Honey Catuai from Costa Rica

milk chocolate - This coffee has a very unique complexity with a lot of smoothness. Milk chocolate is a smooth, sweet, slightly bitter note that we felt encapsulates this idea well.

jam - Jam has sweet, thick, and slightly tart properties. We chose this note because this coffee has a touch of just about everything.

tonic - In the same way tonic has a bitter-forward nuance, we pick that up in this coffee’s cup as well. Overall, this coffee is a dynamic source of a lot of notes that can be played with depending on the brew method.

Caramel - This coffee is sweet! Very clear notes of developed sugars.

Hot Cocoa - Hot cocoa ties in a few ideas we were picking up. Firstly, the obvious chocolate notes are tied in with hot cocoa. Secondly, the creaminess in the mouthfeel comes through prevalently and ties together the entirety of the cup's profile.

Applesauce - We felt the smooth and slight fruitiness of applesauce describes the subtle acidity and boldly sweet profile of this coffee.
