Embark on a coffee adventure with our "Flavor Profile Sampler" bundle, a curated selection designed to take your taste buds on an exciting journey. This bundle includes three exceptional coffees, each with its own unique flavor profile:

Delicate & Dynamic: Our Colombian Finca Juan Martin Gesha offers a bright peach juice sweetness and floral silver needle tea notes. It has a silky mouthfeel and a creamy, boba tea-like finish, offering a smooth, refreshing cup with a subtle, lingering sweetness.

Bright & Fruity: This Costa Rica La Aurora Farm candy natural processed coffee bursts with sweet strawberry and vibrant blood orange, balanced by a touch of cacao complexity. It’s bright and tangy with a smooth, syrupy finish, offering a lively yet sweet and satisfying cup.

Smooth & Chocolatey: Our Guatemala Rodin Villatoro offers a rich cup with notes of milk chocolate, toffee, and sweet cherry. The washed process enhances its smooth body and very balanced complexity.

Finca Juan Martin • Washed Gesha from Colombia

silver needle - Silver needle is an extremely light and delicate tea with beauty in the nuance. This idea describes the way this coffee stands out amongst the rest.

peach juice - Distinct sweetness and a touch of acidity that don’t muddle the delicate and light profile of this coffee is certainly prominent in the cup. Peach juice we felt was descriptive of this idea.

boba tea - Milk tea encapsulates the idea of tea like smoothness, floral notes, bitterness, and sweetness. This light coffee is deliciously smooth and very delicate.

Ivan Solis • Candy-Natural-Processed Catuai from La Aurora

strawberry jam - Punchy red fruits shined in this cup with distinctly sweet notes. Strawberry jam ties in the ideas of sugary sweet alongside fruity notes.

blood orange - We noticed a rich citric acidity without it overpowering the cup. The distinctly not-sour citrus tang of blood orange we felt was a helpful note for this descriptor.

cacao nibs - Cocoa also came forward  in this coffee, but it a more nuanced and complex way than some more traditionally processed Costa Rican coffees. Cacao has that unique “almost fruity” taste to it that we thought was a helpful way to implicitly portray this idea.

Rodin Villatoro • Washed-Processed Bourbon, Caturra Villaure Especial Lot from Hoja Blanco Family Farm

chocolate - An excellent presentation of chocolate notes makes this coffee shine. Lots of sweetnesses and sugary touches sit in the cup alongside this otherwise rich chocolate boldness.

toffee - Developed caramel-like sugars come together with a nutty aftertaste, very much in the same manner that toffee is.

cherry - Sweet, red fruits with minimal to no prevalent acidity come up in this cup. We definitely feel cherry helps hone in this idea.
