bakers chocolate - This coffee has a wonderful complexity which is delicious, but makes it difficult to encapsulate what exactly the notes we want to feature are. Bakers chocolate describes a toned bittersweetness that sits in the backend of the profile.

strawberry - Sweet, bright sugars are throughout the entire cup. Without an overwhelming acidity, we felt strawberry helpfully described the profile we were getting here.

lemongrass - Lemongrass has a delicate but aromatic nature to it. There are a lot of floral notes in this coffee, due to it being a pink bourbon variety, and we wanted to put that into the spotlight in this coffee.

maraschino cherry - Although there are fruited notes to this coffee, the primary aspect of its flavor profile is the sweetness. This coffee has a very high perceived sweetness. 

brown sugar - There is a natural sweetness reminiscent of caramelized brown sugar. Each sip reveals a subtle hint of molasses and a balanced acidity.

kombucha - Fermented tea is strangely a very accurate note to this cup. Very floral touches come together with an underlying fermented fruit character, resulting in a nuanced and lively profile.

caramel - This coffee is incredibly smooth with a heavy emphasis on developed sugar. Caramel presents these two major traits in an easily understood way.

milk chocolate - The terroir of Guatemala most commonly brings forth notes of cocoa no matter what. This washed bean stands as no exception with a deliciously smooth and sweet note of milk chocolate.

cream -The idea behind the note of cream was in order to describe the mouthfeel. This cup boasts a particularly smooth profile overall.
