Embark on a coffee adventure with our "Flavor Profile Sampler" bundle, a curated selection designed to take your taste buds on an exciting journey. This bundle includes three exceptional coffees, each with its own unique flavor profile:

Delicate & Dynamic: Our Colombian Finca Juan Martin Gesha offers a bright peach juice sweetness and floral silver needle tea notes. It has a silky mouthfeel and a creamy, boba tea-like finish, offering a smooth, refreshing cup with a subtle, lingering sweetness.

Bright & Fruity: This Costa Rica Madrigal Family Farm natural processed coffee bursts with vibrant kiwi and lemon zest, balanced by a touch of brown sugar sweetness. It’s bright and tangy with a smooth, syrupy finish, offering a lively yet sweet and satisfying cup.

Smooth & Chocolatey: Our Costa Rica La Guatusa offers a rich cup with notes of milk chocolate, jammy fruit, and a crisp, tonic-like finish. The honey process enhances its smooth body and sweet, refreshing complexity.

Finca Juan Martin • Washed Gesha from Colombia

silver needle - Silver needle is an extremely light and delicate tea with beauty in the nuance. This idea describes the way this coffee stands out amongst the rest.

peach juice - Distinct sweetness and a touch of acidity that don’t muddle the delicate and light profile of this coffee is certainly prominent in the cup. Peach juice we felt was descriptive of this idea.

boba tea - Milk tea encapsulates the idea of tea like smoothness, floral notes, bitterness, and sweetness. This light coffee is deliciously smooth and very delicate.

Madrigal Family Farm • Natural Yellow Bourbon from Costa Rica

kiwi - This coffee is a very tasty combination of fruited notes and sweetnesses. Kiwi has a tropical acidity that is a good mix of sweet and bright.

lemon - We also picked up a lot of perceived citrus acidity. Lemon is a nice tart-forward fruit that has a very aromatic sweetness. This cup has a very tasty, yet tart profile, which we love!

brown sugar - Another smooth sweet note shows up in this cup, which caters to the smooth acidity in a complex way.

La Guatusa • Honey Catuai from Costa Rica

milk chocolate - This coffee has a very unique complexity with a lot of smoothness. Milk chocolate is a smooth, sweet, slightly bitter note that we felt encapsulates this idea well.

jam - Jam has sweet, thick, and slightly tart properties. We chose this note because this coffee has a touch of just about everything.

tonic - In the same way tonic has a bitter-forward nuance, we pick that up in this coffee’s cup as well. Overall, this coffee is a dynamic source of a lot of notes that can be played with  depending on the brew method.
