This week we were selected to join the Google Trusted Stores program.  We have been in a qualification stage for this for a while now, and because of your great reviews and continued business, we qualified.

So what does this mean?  I've attached what Google lets me send as a press release below, but mainly it will help us continue to bring you guys the great coffee we've been bringing you for several years now.  Since part of the program includes $1,000 purchase protection for customers, I expect it to help us expand our brewing equipment sales as well.  So when you're ready for your next grinder or coffee brewer, look us up.

To help shoppers identify online merchants that provide a great shopping experience, the Google Trusted Store badge is awarded to e-commerce sites that demonstrate a track record of on-time shipping and excellent customer service. When visiting the Sagebrush Coffee website, shoppers will see a Google Trusted Store badge and can click on it for more information.

As an added benefit, when a shopper purchases at a Google Trusted Store, they may select free purchase protection from Google. Then in the unlikely event of an issue with their purchase, they can request Google’s help, and Google will work with Sagebrush Coffee and the customer to address the issue. As part of this, Google offers up to $1,000-lifetime purchase protection for eligible purchases. Google Trusted Stores is entirely free, both for shoppers and for online stores. The program helps online stores like Sagebrush Coffee attract new customers, increase sales and differentiate themselves by showing off their excellent service via the badge on their websites.
