Whole Bean: Unground coffee for a home grinder.

Coarse: Think sugar in the raw, maybe more coarse
   Recommended for Chemex Brewer, French Press, Cold Brew

Medium: Slightly coarser than table salt
   Recommended for Flat bottom brewers, Kalitta, and Cloth filters

Fine:  Slightly finer than table salt
   Recommended for V60 pour overs, Typical cone filter coffee pots, Aeropress.

Extra Fine: Like powdered sugar
   Recommended for Espresso or Moka pot.

The Cooperativa Integral Agrícola Helvetia, Responsabilidad Limitada, is located in the municipality of Purulha, department of Alta Verapaz, was founded on July 17 of the year 1997. It is located 106 kilometers from the departmental head of Cobán, with access at any time of the year or in a double traction vehicle to reach 14 kilometers of dirt road and 92 kilometers of asphalt are covered. It is geographically located within the coordinates 15 13'54 '' North latitude and 89 89'54 "west longitude; and an average altitude of 1,554 MASL, with one with an average temperature of 23.9 C and an annual rainfall of 2,100 mm. It has a coffee park of 16.10 hectares. Currently, it is formed by 164 associates, 137 men and 27 women
