Diamond Reserve is the title to a new project we’ve developed here at sagebrush. We’ve set it in place in order to emphasize a boundary-pushing farming practice, technique, or program that is progressing the industry of specialty coffee forward. If a coffee is a “diamond reserve,” that means that there is something the farm is doing or has done that we want to put on display. Whether it’s the implementation of a really unique fermentation process, or the winning of a national coffee competition, there’s plenty of pockets of the industry that we want to bring to light through these offerings.
